1. BEHAVIOR
1.1 No crew killing.
1.2 Respect all members
1.3 Look and act like a biker always. (For guidance please refer to your charter Sgt.) (To be a real MC member your character must be male)
1.4 Every member should own a chopper style motorcycle.
1.5 No unsanctioned hits on other clubs without provocation.
1.6 You must be solely be in a TUMC / TUMC AFFILIATED CREW
1.7 If you want to practice fighting by killing other members, you must ASK them before doing it. Otherwise, it will be considered as crew killing.
1.8 Never purposely use hacks, cheats mods or glitches if they are to help you gain an advantage over others. If it's not your fault (for example, a hacker doing a money drop on you) you won't be punished for it).
1.9 Every member should always wear the patch on his club approved Kutte.
1.10 Strictly use 1% weapons unless authorised by the highest ranking patched member in session.
1.11 Under no circumstances should oppressors be used.
1.12 No member will go against a club vote that has passed.
1.13 No member will destroy the club property purposely.
1.14 No member will take the attitude that doesn't have to help other members and other members don't have to help him.
1.15 Patch must be worn at all times.
1.16 There shall be a wrecking crew consisting of the sergeant at arms, enforcer and whomever the senior patch may designate. The purpose of the wrecking crew is to check out bars etc. Prior to entry by President, Vice President, or Senior Patch.
1.17 Strictly no patch picking.
1.18 No member will disrespect the club in a club way that damages our reputation. ( I.e. Social Media etc.)
2. RIGHTS
2.1 Every member is free to organize meetings and crew sessions.
2.2 Every member must enter as a hangaround before prospecting. If an entire MC gets patched over, they are not required to prospect.
2.3 You can leave the crew on good standing (still a friend), No Standing (no bad blood, not friends either) or on bad standing (outlawed).
2.4 If there is another member who doesn’t abide by the rules, message your charter enforcer. Do not post about it anywhere else.
2.5 When a member leaves, the charter decides if it’s on a good or bad standing. Prospects can leave whenever they want, but can get a bad standing.
2.6 If you don't ride... you don't get a vote. (For Nomads: Minimum on twice a month with at least 3 members, also must check into chats. )
2.7 When a member is returning from Nomads to a charter, they must present themselves to their church and there 2 week period will begin. Then they will be voted on their return.
2.8 a The Council can review the standing of any member given by a charter.
2.8 b The Council can overrule any president decision.
2.8 c The Council can overrule votes.
2.9 If a nomad member wants to transfer to an active charter. He must present himself to their church prior.
3. CHURCH
3.1 For a ruling to become active it must be voted on by a majority of members for it to pass. (60:40)
3.2 Top 3 can initiate church. Every member is free to raise or send, a subject for church.
3.3 Changing the laws of the club can only be done by a proposal of the charter, & approved by the club and finalized by officers.
3.4 A president's removal must first be voted upon by a majority of that presidents prospective Chapter, and then be submitted to Council for further investigation; actions and a final vote will be taken by Council (only under special circumstances will Council Step In First)
3.5 Every member has a right to a vote, as long as they maintain their activity requirements.(3 times a month.Must be riding with officers each time.)

Nay= No Pass
N/A = N/A only applies to a charter level.
4. RIDING
4.1 Riding formation: 1 2 2 2. The highest member in the session rides in front, followed by other highest ranking officers, members, prospects and hang arounds.
Formation hierarchy: Presidents, officers, members, prospects, hang-arounds.
4.2 While riding with brothers, always stay in formation unless stated otherwise.
4.3 When a member comes off, everyone behind waits & everyone ahead pulls up & waits.

5. LEADERSHIP
5.1 The officers are: President, Vice President, Sergeant at Arms, Secretary, Treasurer, Enforcers & Road Captain. If there are 2 officers of the same rank in the session the ranked member of the Mother chapter is to be considered the higher ranked.
5.2 Always listen to orders (instructions) given out by officers.
5.3 If you wish to leave the MC under good standing, you must discuss this with your chapter President or Vice President first.
6. PROSPECTING
6.1 If you want to join The Unborn MC you must pick the chapter you want to prospect for.
6.2 If you don't want to pick a chapter one will be appointed to you.
6.3 All prospects must join the prospect crew for their chapter so they can use the prospect patch.
6.4 A prospect must do whatever a member tells him to, no matter which chapter the member is part of. (unless against the rules, in that case inform your Sponsor or Enforcer)
6.5 Prospecting has no minimum prospecting time.
6.6 All prospects must earn a Sponsor.
6.7 All prospects must own a prospect van (Gang Burrito, Rumpo, Youga Classic) Keep it realistic. I.e. no neon lights etc.
When on as a prospect the prospect will bring their van. If more than one prospect is on the rest will ride bikes.
7. STANDING CONSEQUENCES
7.1 If you're an ex member and wish to come back regardless of your standing it is a club vote. Only bad standing is a council vote.
7.2 If someone leaves on their own they must wait at least 30 days from the date they left before they can be voted to come back. If they are voted nay majority they must wait 60 days minimum before they can be voted to come back. If someone is voted nay twice they are no longer eligible to come back for a vote to return.
OFFICERS TASKS:
President: Oversee all chapter businesses and tasks
Vice President: Assist the president in all his tasks and do his tasks during the presidents absent.
Sergeant at arms: Enforce the club rules, head of protection. In charge of organizing and setting up fights.
Secretary: Keep track of the prospects and mentor them. Help recruiting members on a daily basis.
Treasurer: Check if all the members have the MC on active and keep track of finance and split profits during work/heists. Handles all bounties.
Road Captain: Help plan the route for pleasure rides and ride behind the others to make sure everyone stays in formation.
Enforcer: Enforces the rules of the club.
